How to relief anxiety?
I might have OCD and a way for me to cope with my anxiety has been nail biting, which I hate and feel ashamed off... Anyone who has gone through anxiety attacks would recommend me tips on how to handle the attacks and maybe even nail biting :(

I'm not saying that there's a quick fix for anxiety but this particular symptom often responds to self-help.
As I said, no quick fix. You've said that you don't want to see a therapist, but I wouldn't overlook this.
Stress management is something we all need, and it might help with your attacks.
One of the best stress reduction methods is slow breathing, and it's good for the attacks.
Psychology Today online says that Dr. Dave Carbonell is a clinical psychologist who specializes in treating fears and phobias and the author of three self-help books, including Panic Attacks Workbook.
In this video, Dr. Carbonell demonstrates a breathing exercise that he says is helpful for panic attacks.
The best stress management is personal. Deal with the things that are stressing you.
A really simple but effective thing - the habit of responding to moments of stress by slowing your breath.
Other things take some effort but they're very rewarding - things that make your life meaningful, like a good hobby, art, or volunteer work. Taking care of your health with the right exercise, etc. If you go to Metapsychology, you can read a psychologist's review of Dr Steve Ilardi's book ("a splendid book"). He's the therapist who headed a university lifestyle-depression project and developed a program for stress reduction.

Wear an elastic band on your wrist and snap it when feeling tense.
Go to a nail salon and have a new set of nails, paint in sparkly colours. You won't bite them as they will look so good.

Have someone watch you and give you a stinging slap to your face every time you think about biting your nails.

I’m not sure about the anxiety attacks... for the nail biting I think it helps to cover it with the scent or taste of something that disgusts you, so that when you bite your nails it tastes so bad you won’t want to do it anymore... I don’t know if it works for like OCD though
I’ve heard for panic attacks it helps to count 5 things that you see, 4 things you smell and so on things like that I haven’t tried it when it has happened but I don’t know also I know this is for panic attacks and not anxiety attacks I’m not aware of the differences between them btu I hope that could work for anxiety attacks
