    weight, downward force, is 55 kg x 9.8 N/kg

    two stilts? area is 2x0.05²

    pressure is weight/area = 55•9.8/2•0.0025 = 108000 N/m² or 108000 Pa

    or 15.6 PSI

    p = m*g/A = 55*9.806*10^4/5^2 = 11/5 *9.806*10^4 = 2.16*10^5 Pa

    find area

    A = 2(0.05^2) = 0.005 m^2

    P = F/A = m g / A = 55 kg * 9.8 N/kg / 0.005 m^2 = 1.078E5 Pa

    round appropriately
