North Korea is the thug on the block who is flexing its muscle.

Why do thugs do that?  Insecurity, it makes them feel big and tough.

They are just testing their ballistic missiles. Are the USA bullies when they test their missiles?

Because not only does Japan ascribe to America's system very faithfully, they have a long history of being subjugated by them until the end of the Second World War.

Source(s): I mean, really, any ally of America will face the same treatment from them.

After Trump blew a Patriot missile up the azz of that terrorist, you will note that Kim Jong Un is keeping a lower profile.

Bullying and intimidation are Communist tactics, much like the liberal puppets are doing in the US.

They are not bullying Japan. They are testing missiles, but Japan happens to be in the way.
