Do police dogs have a command to hit a car so any time a cop wants to search a car they can for no reason at all?

Just the opposite is true in my state. The handler has to regularly demonstrate accuracy to the court to achieve "judicial notice". Only then will the court recognize the dog's alert as probable cause.

No a hand sign they are trained to. A spoke command could be recorded.

If it could be proven any given dog responded to such a command, the dog would be decertified and the handler would face disciplinary action.

Dogs are trained to sniff out drugs and contraband.
