What chevy corvette engine fits a 1971 chevy nova?

Almost any will.
Why do you ask?
Do you have a 1971 Nova?
If yes, which engine came in it and what are you trying to accomplish?
The early Corvette engines were mounted from the front and did not have the engine block side mounting bosses like the Nova needs, so forget about the 1950s Corvette engines, and maybe some early 1960s Corvette engines too.
1960s-70s era small block Chevrolet engines will bolt right into the Nova and the front springs wouldn't need to be changed.
1960s-70s big block Chevrolet M4 engines will bolt right in too, but they weigh more, so you'd need to install different front springs.
