If the buzz is an electrical hum then on all full hybrids there are a number of possible causes.

The two most common can be the traction battery cooling fan or the electrically-driven engine coolant pump. On my 2011 Lexus CT the battery cooling fan is the source of the hum and as it’s not yet at risk of failing and isn’t horribly noisy Lexus just check and report on it during each annual maintenance service.

If you want a proper diagnosis and not just educated best guesses then get the car to a repair shop for assessment. Once you know the cause and how serious it is you can make an informed choice as to whether and when to repair it or to sell it.

We can't hear it, we don't know what sort of "buzzing" it is, we don't know what part of the car it is coming from, we don't know if the noise changes as you drive, and we're not clairvoyant. So, with this critical lack of information WE CAN'T TELL YOU.

Something loose or out of track is vibrating.  Could be a bad power unit or electric motor or generator.  Or a loose dashboard.
