There's a book by Professor Felice Jacka, president of the International Society of Nutritional Psychiatry, Brain Changer. She tells you about what the research has found about nutrition and mental health, including making Alzheimer's and cognitive decline in the elderly less likely.

The benefits of red wine are exaggerated. Red grapes are healthier.

Unknown. Perhaps you could Pray to GOD and ask GOD about this? Make sure you really mean it!
