Can a 15 year old girl get in trouble for raping a 20 year old boy?

I know that usually boys are stronger than girls and since she is under the age of consent usually it'd be the older person in trouble. But if for whatever reason she was stronger than him and was proven to overpower and rape him against his will could she get in trouble or could he be blamed because she's underage?

And yes boys/men can be raped by girls/women.

Yes.  Rape is rape, and sexual assault is sexual assault, regardless of the age or gender of either the perpetrator or victim.

In the UK girls and women can’t be charged with rape then yes, she could face ‘assault by sexual penetration’ which is technically the same as ‘rape’ which carries a possible prison sentence for that young girl

Yes.   Rape is illegal 100% of the time.   There is no such thing as "legal rape".

Lots of ignorant answers here both about male sexuality and rape.   Males can and do experience erections that are beyond their control.   That doesn't mean they consent to sexual activity.    In addition, most legal rape definitions include anal penetration.

She can get in trouble for using her charms in a way that excites the boy.

Yes, she could if proven to have forcibly raped him.

It must be said though that this scenario is very unlikely. A 20 year old boy is usually far more stronger than a 15 year old girl.
