I want to lose weight but the question is how?

    Exercise bike and diet. The food you eat doesn't really matter so long as you keep the calories low. Ready meals are very good for this. And drink plenty of water.

    Diet is 70%. Eat 900 GMs if vegetables, not counting potatoes and corn. Walk 10000 steps day.
