Does drinking pop stop or delay muscle growth?

    Only fools drink coca cola as a pre workout and healthy people don't drink soda at all. However, one jack in coke cocktail on the weekend shouldn't harm your progress. You might want more though and that's not a good thing.

    i think it can mess joints, wish i never drank any, ive had two hip implants and a knee surgery,i quit drinking it about 10 yrs ago
