How do people who only eat healthy manage to resist the escapism of unhealthy food?

I quit my addiction to sugar and the rest was easy.
Now I eat until full at every meal and snack on every day and I am PERMANENTLY thin.
I DO tend to gain about 2mm of subcutaneous fat around my waist during winters, but it's back to Adonis body when the sun reappears.
I grew up chubby, then fat, then obese. Then I fixed the problem.
