I quit my addiction to sugar and the rest was easy.

Now I eat until full at every meal and snack on every day and I am PERMANENTLY thin.

I DO tend to gain about 2mm of subcutaneous fat around my waist during winters, but it's back to Adonis body when the sun reappears.

I grew up chubby, then fat, then obese. Then I fixed the problem.

    Read below.

Source(s): "Fat Chance..." by Dr. Robert Lustig M.D As a staunch atheist, I am amused to sound like a bible thumper when I say that this book changed my life. More than dying did.
