If Archimedes and Pythagoras were given a modern newspaper Sudoku puzzle to complete, who would do it first?

Pythagoras of course. He was born over 200 years before Archimedes so he would have finished the puzzle LONG before Archimedes was even a twinkle in his daddy's eye.

Ḥasan Ibn al-Haytham, the Arab mathematician, astronomer, and physicist of the Islamic Golden Age!!! He would have wiped the floor with these two other jokers!

From what I have read
Archimedes was the most astounding mathematical intellect of all time
at least on par with Newton (who had the advantage of being a master of just about all fields of physics as well).
I can't imagine that Pythagoras could out-math Archimedes.
