Helium and Argon. They are both noble gases and their outer electron valence she's are completely filled with electrons.

However, He(Helium) & Ar(Argon) are monatomic. that is they exist as single atoms.
F (Fluorine) is diatomic , that is it exists as a pair of combined atoms (F2) .
