I'm very hungry. The store nearby is closed. Is it possible to make a meal out of these ingredients ?
1. Soy sauce
2. Almond flour
3. Raspberry jam
4. Single cream
5. 1 Carrot
6. 1 shallot

Not really. You don't have a protein, nor do you have any kind of binder for the flour.
You could make a number of sauces.
There's nothing stopping you from eating that carrot.

If you have some noodles or rice, you could have a simple stir fry made with thin sliced carrots & shallots with either of the sauces, [maybe thickening the sauce with a little of the flour].?

1 carrot will not do much to quash the hunger but I would steam the carrot a bit then add minced shallot and glaze with a bit of the soy sauce and hoisin. Once you get your strength up go shopping.

Depends what you consider a meal. You'll be having a carrot with some kind of sauce; most people wouldn't call that a meal.
