Yes, if the cheetah was injured, sick or dead.

    No.

As others have said, it isn't  just a question of strength, which increases with muscle mass, but of speed. While having stronger muscles can improve speed, it isn't much of an improvement.

And it isn't only a question of leg muscles. The bones of a cheetah have different lengths than those of a human. The spine of a running cheetah flexes in such a way to increase the distance of a cheetah's bound. When, we alternate between 2 feet. A running cheetah alternates 4 feet.

If a human could build muscles that could move the legs at the speed needed to race a cheetah, the stress from attempting to run at that speed could cause a ruptured tendon. If the tendon doesn't give way, the result could be a broken bone.

What if the cheetah had a brick tied to its tail?  Or some kind of handicap? That might work perhaps?...

The fastest human speed ever recorded was 28 mph while a cheetah can sprint at 70 mph. Anabolic steroids are used to improve strength, lean muscle mass and aggressiveness. They have not been proven to improve speed. Under ideal conditions they may have a slight benefit to speed, but not enough. Surely the cheetah would run circles around him.

The human body is designed for walking. Cheetah s are the Ferraris ,  we're a Toyota Camry.

    No drug can change that
