Dosage calculation help please :)?

If the health care provider orders an oral rehydration solution as: ORS 30ml/kg every 15 minutes X 4, PO; and your patient weighs 15 pounds, how much will you administer with each dose?

15/2.2 give you the weight in Kg. Multiply that by 30 to get the dose.

    15 lbs = 6.80 kg

6.80 kg * 30  mL/kg = 204 mL.  I'm assing the x 4 means you administer it 4 times.  Each time you give 204 mL, likely round down to 200 mL
