I'm American and it's a law in my state that you have to and I hate it

Yes, it is law in the united kingdom, all britain has the law that you have to wear your seat belt, even in the back of the car!

Personally, I don't give a shiat if people wear them or not. I see it as a form of Darwinian filtering of the idiots in the population. It's common sense and people only notice them if they are fat whales. If you don't like seat belts, ride a motorcycle and be a happy freedom-loving meat crayon.
