can I use the account from a store credit card to retrieve my Ip pin from the irs? ex:victorias secret, Walmart, macys, old navy?

I am trying to retrieve my ip pin from the irs website and a credit card account number is one of the forms of identification they are requesting...I have had a few store credit cards I was curious to if I could use any of those account numbers for the website to get the pin

I have no idea what an ip pin is and I am certain the IRS does not have access to any of your account numbers.

IP probably means Identify theft pin.  The problem is that these cards may not update to a credit bureau (which the IRS *does* have access to).
