, Is it okay to stat a sentence with a comma, even if it’s not a question if you want some paws there?

No. A comma belongs within a sentence, never before or after.

How about try using English? And since you’re interested in having a pause before a sentence, just what do you think is happening before the sentence? The start of a sentence is the beginning of an utterance; the pause is implied!

No.  A comma doesn't indicate a pause although sometimes they happen at the same place.  If you're writing dialogue, you can use an ellipsis.  Example:  "I'm not sure....Maybe."
