Are there any Questions & Answers sites that have Anonymous users only so that lonely users don't use it to socialise?

...only to ask or answer questions

You can be anonymous on Quora. Any socializing will be immediately removed.

Quora is full of over nationalistic Indians that think India is a global superpower

PLENTY of users on this site, that aren't using the Anon feature, still misuse the site for chat, statements, rants, and other violating content. I hear there is more strict moderation on Quora, if you want to visit there and see if there is less site-abuse than here on YA.

FYI, your post belongs in Entertainment & Music>Polls & Surveys or Computers & Internet>Internet>Other-Internet, since it's not about Yahoo Answers, but about you seeking an alternative.

Unless you are stupid enough to use your real name here, you are as anonymous as you need to be.

Anonymity is used so that people can discuss sensitive political or moral issues without fear of retribution or censure from overzealous users or governments.

Take this site for instance.   Because of a built in bias against certain political viewpoints the use of anonymous posting makes sure everybody can have a say without being report-bombed into oblivion by sanctimonious thought police who disagree with them.

That sort of power abuse is also a major reason why users here are no longer allowed to move other people's posts around to different categories.  And about time too.

Actually, being Anonymous here doesn't stop anyone from reporting posts.

I wish they'd stop that anonymous feature on Y!A.....it just encourages the trolls.
