What's wrong with my car?

I've been having issues were sometimes the engine shakes and the car shut off. Then I crank it back and its starts again.

    Crossed Wires. Computer corruption.  Contaminated fuel.

    Clogged fuel line or filter. Clogged Air intake filter, Plugged exhaust pipe(s)

    Best to have a licensed Tech check it out.

    Hmm.

    Could be an electrical problem.

    Maybe a fuel problem, like an electric fuel pump beginning to fail.

    Why not see an automotive repair expert?

    Intermittent problems are the worst to find.  Impossible if you have no troubleshooting skills or equipment.

    You could wait until you are stranded.

    Then the problem will be easier to locate.

    Do you have towing coverage and a place to bring the car?

    By the way, can you identify your car and the mileage?

    this is where a mechanic comes in handy.  take it to your dealer.  or a local repair shop.
