How do I report a marriage fraud for green card? ?

I know of someone who is just in a marriage to get a green card she is on a visa currently in America for 2 months she’s trying to stay permanently. The guy is a old friend of hers he is an American citizen they recently got married but she doesn’t plan on moving out and moving in with him ? Will immigration investigate it to see if they live together? How does all this work? Any advice leave below

You don't need to do anything. They investigate marriages involving anyone seeking a green card more thoroughly than anything else, even murder. They don't just investigate whether they live together. They investigate whether they use the same bathroom. They used to ask them about each other's toothbrushes, but that question became so notorious that anyone trying to commit fraud was likely to anticipate the question and memorize the right answer.

In the filings the couple is required to show evidence of a real and sustaining relationship.  That will be things like wedding photos, tickets for the honeymoon, shared bank accounts and, of course, a lease or house title in both names.  The couple are separately interrogated at the interview if there is any suspicion of fraud and the responses compared.  It is not uncommon for an application to be declined because the relationship was not considered real.

In addition, if someone already in the US files for adjustment of status, that person will be interrogated for visa fraud.  For example if she had left her job, terminated her lease and brought her birth certificate with her, she faces at least a 10 year ban.

If you have any knowledge, evidence of fraud, then report to ICE Hotline. Tell them how you know what you know. If you have evidence, e.g. they "married" but do not reside together, provide her address & "husband's" address, etc.

    SPECULATION

The agency won't act upon your claim because you have no proof.

You believe that she doesn't plan to do something - you shall be ignored.

This 'couple' shall be investigated just like all other couples are investigated when they go through immigration proceedings.
