Is it a good idea to go food shopping daily ?

I only ask this because I can't seem to meal prep , I have a £30 budget for the week on myself but from my own experience if I do a full £30 shop I seem to not eat or fancy what I've brought , if I go daily or couple times per week I can just get what I fancy and still keep check on deals and my money. Is this a good idea?

You should have a minimum of two weeks food in the pantry.

You should have six months of non-perishable food in storage. [A year if you can afford the space. Including Water.]

Daily shopping only if you use very perishables.

Otherwise, Once every week or two will be fine.

I just discovered Amazon.com Prime foods.

No. The more often you go, the more money you spend.
