What does "weird" mean in California speak?
I hear them say "he's so weird" about just about everybody but Brad Pitt. And today the bus drive missed a stop and this fat ***** wearing just about nothing squeaks and cracks "like, oh my gurd, so weird."
It's in the way east coast people have multiple uses for "ahy!" and "yo." Right? There's connotation, not necessarily denotation.

No. In Calispeak it means something out of the ordinary, unique, original, interesting, or unusual. People who aren't afraid to be themselves, "who like to be humorous and make people laugh. People who like to have a good time."
