    Go file your return with a company like H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt, and they will give you as many breaks as they know.

    the tax office love us no dependence no children taxed at the same rate as everyone else and Get nothing in return they want people like us to pay pensions, schools and Hospitals and only one person using these facilities

    There are tons of them, but of course, you have to qualify for them.  For example, you aren't getting an education credit unless you went to school.

    Why are you asking in the military section?  There is a tax section to Yahoo Answers--you'll get better answers if you move your question there.

    No tax breaks unless you are over 65 or put money into an IRA.
