The Book of Leviticus covers many different things. You have to rightly divide the Word to know what has been done away with and what has not. For example, Animal sacrifice was done away with because Jesus is the Sacrifice for all time. Some is still very relevant.

Study God's Word to find the truth, do not rely on man teachings for this instead rely on God.

The entirety of the Old Testament (along with the New Testament) remains the infallible, inerrant, Holy Spirit inspired, written Word of God. That doesn't mean what's written there was meant to apply to all peoples, everywhere, or for all time. The Holy Catholic Church is the only definitive authority on what might or might not still have relevance for Christians, today.

All of that went the way of Heb. 8:13. Compare Rom. 15:4

Yes it does it is now shown that it is not good to eat the things in Leviticus that God said, not to eat. More die from eating pork and other shell fish that are high in cloistral clogged arteries. The health laws are more valuable today then ever.

Just Leviticus 18:22. The rest has been thrown out as irrelevant.

It had no very little relevance when the stories were first told, let alone written, so no, no relevance today.
