Broiling and grilling over a flame are essentially the same.Health wise, ditto.

Both about the same.. Both involve direct heat without the need for heavy fat.

Doesnt matter. It's what comes with the fish that matters. Heating method wont effect the calories unless you fry it. You'll want to pay attention to side dishes more than the fish

I would assume so, its definitely better than frying it.

    Either.

The important thing is to ask them not to put anything on it.  Lots of time they will add butter or oil to the fish to 1) keep it from sticking  and 2) adding butter after cooking makes it look juicy and shiny.

For either method make sure the fish is thick enough so they do not over cook it.

I don't have a problem with butter but if someone is so concerned about calories they are worried between grilling and broiling they might want to avoid it.

If you're going out to eat then someone else will do the broiling or grilling for you. You sound confused; have you never gone out to eat before? They are equally healthy.

6 of one, half dozen of the other - no real difference.
