How do I lose weight within a short time without any exercise or workout?

    What do you consider a "short time?"  Weight loss is 80% diet, so not having an exercise program really isn't a huge issue in the short run.  That noted, fat loss 9not just weight) is a slow process.  Someone who is, say, 30 pounds or more overweight can follow a reasonable weight loss plan and lose 2 pounds of fat a week.
