Is it possible that global warming may have something to do with these "super viruses" occurring?
Temperature changes, species becoming extinct, super viruses destroying possible half the worlds population.

No. Viruses are constantly emerging from bits of DNA or RNA of larger organisms. Most, we think, emerge in insects with some eventually transferred to other animals. We also see the emergence of certain viral conditions at around the same time as we developed agriculture - confining, consuming, and living near livestock seems to have been the catalyst.
There are also huge numbers of them. A litre of seawater contains about 100 billion viruses. That quantity means there are billions of viruses we have never seen but exist out there.
As we destroy natural habitants through deforestation and the like, it becomes more likely that we will encounter viruses that were initially confined to small groups of animals but are now becoming exposed. We have expanded our food production capacity and the density of livestock, making it easier for viruses to spread, and with the sheer number of animals, more likely that some change in a virus will result in human infection. Plus we now live in cities and have international transport that means when viruses do make that species leap, we can spread them quickly and widely.

No. Mutation rate has a lot to do with it.

No, there have been diseases for ever, but it is funny to see climate extremists leaping on to the coronavirus bandwagon. If people in China did not eat crap.....

Yes, it is totally possible. Global warming is allowing the agents of these virus's to spread farther north.

The disciples of Jesus Christ asked him for a sign of “the conclusion of the system of things.” (Matthew 24:3) Jesus answered by saying: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another pestilences.” (Luke 21:7, 10, 11) The Bible also foretells that during the time of the end, there will be “deadly plague.”—Revelation 6:8.Source(s): jw.org
