Diversity ends diversity?

So the thing with diversity is that it showcases and mixes different cultures together. So when those cultures mix and become connected and one doesn't that end diversity? Doesn't that just make everyone the same?

Diversity isnt just about melding culture into a blob. It's about respecting the individual cultures that make up a society and allowing them to meld together without conflict. Diversity isnt a "vegetable juice" where everything is blended together until you cant recognize the induvidual parts. It's more of a "vegetable stew". You can see the different ingredients and appreciate how they come together to make a whole dish. People coming together regardless of culture isnt a bad thing. We need the view point of others and the experience of those who live differently to understand the world. Isolating yourself accomplishes nothing.
