Always get groin strain?
So I’ve got another groin strain... this was almost certainly caused by squatting. I’ve had this injury about 5-10 times over a 1.5 year period, & it happens randomly. The length of the injury ranges from a couple weeks-8 months. It’s extremely annoying because I could be progressing in squat for a while & suddenly I can’t squat for a period of time because of this injury. Is there a reason why this groin strain/abductor strain is so frequent with me? I don’t stretch, but there were times I’ve went months without injury & hadn’t stretched. Just to note, I feel like my hips are always tight & I'm not flexible there.
