Where did Enoch go, according to the Bible?

It seems that God transferred Enoch gently from life to death without his being aware that he was dying.
God did not permit the opposers to kill Enoch. Instead, Jehovah took him, that is, cut short his life at the age of 365, an age far below that of most of his contemporaries.
Enoch was transferred so as not to see death, which may mean that God put him in a prophetic trance and then terminated Enoch’s life while he was in the trance so that he did not experience the pangs of death.
However, he was not taken to heaven, in view of Jesus’ clear statement at John 3:13 "Moreover, no man has ascended into heaven but the one who descended from heaven, the Son of man.
It appears that, as in the case of Moses’ body, Jehovah disposed of Enoch’s body, for he was nowhere to be found.
Evidently, Jehovah transferred Enoch from the land of the living to the sleep of death before opposers could lay hold of him.

He was translated. One definition of translate is to be changed. Another definition is to be moved through space. Enoch was not found because God took him, or translated him, changing him into a deathless state and removing him from normal sight.

It’s what the phrase “and god took him” means

The Bible doesn't answer that question CLEARLY.
We are given very sparse details:
Gen 5:24 Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him.
Heb 11:5 By faith Enoch was taken up so that he would not see death; and he was not found because God took him up; for he obtained the witness that before his being taken up he was pleasing to God.
The KJV uses the word "translated" in Heb 11:5
and so classical English Protestant explanation is that Enoch was "translated" directly to Heaven without experiencing death.
However, there is a problem with that explanation:
Classical English Protestant explanation for *that* verse is:
- Enoch didn't ascend, instead he was "translated", so Jesus was speaking the truth that no one had yet ascended AND Enoch was already in Heaven at that time.
But of course there are competing explanations of the sort:
- Enoch was NOT in Heaven before Jesus ascended, he was "taken up" to some other place [exact place varies from explanation to explanation]
A - The Bible does NOT provide enough information for us to be certain about the matter.
B - And it doesn't matter anyway. Our salvation is not dependent on knowing if or when Enoch entered Heaven.

Nowhere. He got kicked out of the bible, because of his alien abduction.
Read his story. Fascinating.
