Why can't some people be saved from heart disease even if they go to a hospital for help?

When someone dies of "complications from heart disease" in a hospital, what happened?

Sometimes the doctors &/or nurses fvck up. Dies of "complications from heart disease" sounds much better than "oh shlt, but we fvcked up bad on that one."

They are too far gone to save when they get to the hospital.

They probably ate the typical American diet all their lives and maybe smoked cigarettes too? Some people also have heart problems because of genetics. My first real boyfriend's father dropped dead from a heart attack when he was around 50 years old. And he died when he was 58 in just the same way.

Sometimes the heart muscle is too damaged to be saved.
