All political power is zero sum. Which means that nations can only gain at the expense of other nations. True or false?

At the strategic level all political power is zero sum, which means that a nation can only improve its geopolitical influence, and extend its own sphere of influence at the expense of other key players.

False, because the political power held by barbarian nations is of no value. Taking it away from them adds to the net value of humanity.

Such a "transference of power" is accurately described by the Holy Scripture in Romans 9:21-23.

The "vessels of honour and dishonour" is clearly a dichotomy which is different from the "vessels of mercy and vessels of destruction", but despite the differences they are still connected.

    False.

It is possible to make deals where both sides benefit.

It is not just about one side taking stuff from the other.

False.  Spheres of influence can overlap.

They can overlap, but this itself doesn't negate the zero sum nature of strategic political power.
