I was very hungry today and now I'm shaking but I didn't eat very few calories - what is causing it?

    Your blood sugar is low you didn't eat enough. If you a little bit more you should feel fine. Just enough to take away the shakiness.

    As suggested, your blood sugar levels are probably low. Have something sweet or full of carbs such as bread or pasta. If this occurs at all frequently, visit your doc.

    Don't eat for about two more weeks. The shaking will stop and you'll never onow hunger again.

    Low blood sugar can result in shakes, feeling faint, even passing out. Some people cannot go without eating regularly, or they literally become ill (as you describe).
