you want the arctan ((√32/9) / (7/9))
θ = arctan ((√32/9) x (9/7))
θ = arctan (4√2/7)
θ = 0.68 rad
but this is in Q3 as both are negative, so
θ = π + 0.68 rad = 3.82 rad
