I used to like Star Wars. But when they didn't end Rise of Skywalker with Anakin. I mean the freaking Saga is about Anakin. Anakin's good (Episode 1 -2). Anakin's evil (3-4). Anakin's good again (5-6). When I think Rise of Skywalker, I figured he would be in the last movie, even just briefly. Such a disappointment.

Star Wars original trilogy tried to be LOTR, but uses Shaolin/Buddhist Mysticism, Sino-Nihon martial Arts, swords play (Kendo) and costumes (Vader helmet and mask). The Original trilogy were a mild action adventure martial arts/Samurai/WWII like war films. The prequels tried to be more like a Kung Fu like war films. The Sequel trilogy tries to be more like anime Shonen jump kind of thing filled with western propaganda. All in all Star Wars was Inspired or Appropriated from Asian Myths, Legends, Culture, and Shaolin. Yet the Original's didn't have Asian faces for supporting roles or extra in an Era set in the future, but instead replaced East Asian representation of a Shaolin Monk in the form of a puppet Yoda.

The story telling were above average in the 1st 2 movie but the Empire felt like incompetent buffoons running around trying to look menacing. The Borg Singularity would be far more menacing and believable to occur in the near future as soon as AI matures and produce a Brainiac Singularity in real life. The Borg or Brainiac singularity will wipe the floor with the Empires clones, drones, Sith, and Jedi.

Live action Mulan (so long as Disney don't inject black and white faces), Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Tolkien's Lord of the rings and Hobbit trilogy are far more superior than Star Wars. Soron and his hellish Army are far more superior than the empire. In LOTR/Hobbit one mage/wizards  or two acted like guides rather than heroes. The heroes were powerless humans, dwarves, and hobbits struggling to survive and cope with the dark forces that haunts them. Thorin's struggle with the Corruption of the Arkenstone was far more superior than Anakin, Kylo Ren, or Mary Sue.

Disney's Trilogy and Spin Offs tried to recapture and remake the Original's mold rather than make an original trilogy that could've been about the empire having been completely defeated and a brand new era of liberation where if Luke re-establishes the Jedi Order with Leia, a new Sith may rise among Luke's ranks or himself struggling to keep dark forces and corruption from within at bay and the remnants of very weakened incompetent storm army at bay with the dark forces winning in episode 8 or 9. A Original sequel trilogy may not have a need for the Skywalker's or 1st order's involvement what Disney's sequel trilogy could've been rather than a restart copy and paste Ep. 7 from Ep. 4 to rush the introduction of new characters.

To summaries Ep. 7-9, the trilogy began with an exact clone of Ep. 4 and ended with a similar atmosphere, scenarios, some copy paste scenes, and feeling with Rey becoming the last and only Jedi/Sith and a hermit, like Luke was the end of Ep. 6 and Ep. 7. Ep. 8 tried not to copy Ep. 5, but the plan was to copy and paste the whole 4-6 episodic Saga.

Snoke and Palpatine weren't needed, but to restart the original trilogy's mold the empire can't be defeated. A Jedi may not have been needed and could've been replaced with Kung Fu masters doing great action sequences. They could've broken the mold from the Originals with 36 Chambers of the Force Temple with Luke serving as the Hermit Keeper and Master of the Temple.

It would not be a surprise if the empire stays in power and another Palpatine's clone resurfaces or Rey becomes tired of being a hermit and honors her Palpatine lineage to become God Empress Rey Palpatine with new Lantern Corps powers in the next trilogy as it seems that the empire couldn't stay defeated after episode 6 because if the Empire is defeated, Jar Jar Abrams and Kathleen Kennedy are out of Ideas when there are Kung Fu Films, Anime (Naruto Shippuden), Akira Kurosawa, John Houston, Alfred Hitchcock Orson wells and John Ford films they could steal from.

Star Wars Episode X-XII will need a bigger baddie and a bigger Death Star in the form of Unicron. Not only is Unicron a bigger death star, he can also Transform. But since Unicron is not a Disney property Galactus can be used instead. Episode 7-9 was planned to be an exact copy and paste of Ep. 4-6, until Ep. 8 ruined it.

When the U.S. (Galactic Republic/Rebels Alliance) defeated Germany and Imperial Japan (Sith Empire) they remained defeated, however the U.S.A. turned its ire towards WWII Allies China and Russia. The U.S.A continued war campaigns in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, ISIS, Al Qaeda... Kagemusha, Seven Samurai, Bridge of River Kawai, Hacksaw Ridge, and the Great Escape had deeper stories and more grounded in reality than what Disney Star Wars is putting out.

Once Disney took over, they took out most of the humor, made it 'darker' and basically redid the entire plot of the first movie again, trying to bring in new and younger fans.

Read what you wrote.  It makes absolutely no sense.  That's like saying "why do people who use swimming pools hate a disrespect swimming pools?"
