A person who is targeted by foreign covert operations would be ill advised to better themselves by going to university. True or false?

Imagine the following:-

A person is at the receiving end of foreign covert operations with the approval of the host country.

The covert operations has manifold purposes:-

(1) To have him fired from a relatively good job whereby he was in a senior position and wasn't required to pay any rent

(2) To make him fail his future job applications, except for the low paid and low skilled manual jobs, which have no prestige at all.

(3) Both 1 & 2 have the express purpose to deprive him of social and economic advancement, which is borne of malice, racism and prejudice by perpetrators who are in the government.

However, 1, 2 & 3 are less likely to occur if the person being targeted can improve his qualifications by going to university.

Having said that, there is no guarantee that the covert operations would stop once he has been accepted onto a course in higher education.

Because the politicians who have targeted him can still continue their campaign of BULLYING AND HARASSMENT (which was always the case regarding 1, 2 & 3) to make him fail as a student.

Given the expensive cost of higher education in this country (which is different from other European countries) it would be ill advised for the person who is targeted to go to university (although he is well qualified to have a place in higher education), because the BULLYING AND HARASSMENT is likely to continue, which is clearly intended to make him fail as a student.

For the person who is targeted his only chance is to relocate to another country in the European  Union in the hope that his adopted country would not approve of continued BULLYING AND HARASSMENT by the foreign politicians.

If the operations are "covert," then they are unknown to him and to his advisers, so there would be no advice to give in this respect, ill or otherwise, and he would therefore need to base his decision on whether going to university to better himself were advisable in general.

Frankly, I think he needs to first and foremost seek mental health treatment in order to get his paranoia under control first because he will not be able to succeed at university or better himself as long as he suffers under grandiose delusions of foreign government persecution.

That is what the government does in the gang stalking program to targeted individuals
