    You can't have 3 solutions to a problem that doesn't exist.

    Women have every bit as much of an opportunity to obtain an education in STEM subjects and obtain related employment as men.

    In fact, in some ways women have more opportunity because there are scholarships and extracurricular programs available exclusively for women which help them pay for college and boost their resumes whereas humans with penises do not have equal opportunity in these areas.

    Women earn almost exactly the same for the same jobs with the same experience levels. Any small discrepancies can be attributed to normal variances, not gender discrimination.

    Well first off, I think you would have to determine that there is inequality in the tech industry for women.

    - when you do your research, you will likely find that women earn .9%  MORE than their male counterparts for the same job.

    It's very difficult to determine a solution when there isn't a problem to start with.

    The gender pay gap is based on women being in lower paying roles.  But when woman are in the same role, they almost always earn MORE.
