Why doesn't Russia start wars like the United States?

    Because we are trying to develop a force large enough to take over Asia and Europe to spread a new soviet union but we want to save are supplies so we aren't going to start any wars any time soon.

    You mean like when Russia invaded Georgia?  Crimea?  Chechnya?  Etc.

    I think they draft which means they only go to war when necessary. When a country has career servicemen they like to put them to work.

    They start cyber wars, which are much sneakier than traditional wars. They did it to Ukraine and are now doing it to the United States.
