CHRISTIANS. Will dead evil people - when judged by God - be given a conscience so they will feel bad about what they've done?

Why would Hitler [for example] feel bad about the millions of people who died? He didn't care when he was alive. Or any other person - a serial killer. Use you imagination.

No, by the time they're judged they shall have been purified of sin and perfected as far as possible. They will suffer guilt and embarrassment for their sins in hell until they are redeemed. (Hell is never forever. Rev. 20:12-14 shows that death and hell must both be emptied and destroyed so the resurrections and final judgment can take place. There is only finite punishment for finite sin. God's love, justice, and mercy are all intact.)

The thing is that when we die, we will remember our previous experiences with God, our hopes for eternal life, etc., and we shall see how we fell short.

Many will get a second chance, only God knows who will be resurrected. The Bible say the righteous and unrighteous will come back to life and given a second chance.

(Acts 24:15) And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.

    - YES, the moment god gains a conscience about the psychopathic evil he did.

Will those who are judged by God feel remorse? Probably, especially when they feel that first burn of the eternal flames.

Seems a little silly. Will a spider be given conscience to feel bad for the fly.... or you to feel bad for that steak?... or the grass you mowed?

Interesting you chose hitler. He was strictly minor league in the genocide game.
