A mixture of these, although the Germanic and Latin part are the strongest, the former especially in the north and the latter especially in the south

    "Are"

A mixture of all three. Add the Normans (North or Norse Men) to your list. It depends on where the various groups settled and with whom they intermarried.

The modern ethnic French are the descendants of Romans, Celts, Iberians, Ligurians and Greeks in southern France, mixed with Germanic peoples arriving at the end of the Roman Empire such as the Franks and the Burgundians, and some Vikings who mixed with the Normans and settled mostly in Normandy in the 9th century.

A bit of everything and some more exotic imports as a legacy of the old French Empire.
