I'm so upset?

Ever since COPPA got implemented on YouTube at the beginning of this year, there are so many videos that I can no longer comment on because they are "made for kids", mostly ones about cartoons that I grew up with and have nostalgia towards.  What's the point in watching a video if I can't post a comment with my thoughts about the video?

I've never felt the need to comment on videos. I watch what I go there to watch and leave. They could completely remove the comment section and I'd never miss it.
