what should women do so that men are not so scared of being falsely accused...?

We have Affirmative Consent laws in my state. This means both parties have to talk about what they're doing and give each other permission for each step toward seduction. But in places where these don't exist women could still communicate with their partners so a guy knows when his attentions are welcome and when they are not. So many of these cases stem from people who just don't make their feelings known and let things get out of control.

There is nothing they can do. Women are no different now than they have ever been or ever will be. They are simply women being women. The problem is the enabling and removal of responsibility in this current society... and it has no brakes
... well... one brake... cancellation of women's gift of voting.... but since they are the majority of the voting population, will never happen.
You see that cliff yonder?...where's the brake?

Oh I’m not blocked! Wow! Thanks Mick.
There are a number of different aspects to this. Women can, if they feel it’s important, tell the men they are dating or any men in their lives, that they have never, and would never, do this. On the other side, men can remember that false accusations of rape are relatively small, as shown by all the studies. Men could also, for example, remember that men and women are falsely accused of all manner of crimes, so if they’re going to worry about one remote possibility, they may as well worry about all eventualities. Because like everything, we should try and see things in perspective. If we were hung up about every risk in life we’d never leave the house and people wouldn’t speak to anyone else.
For instance you could say women frequently take the risk of being raped. We have to weigh up what is a meaningful level of risk that we can accept and what is over-the-top.

If you believe women are capable of it, I'd say they should police their own. Since that's impossible, we men should weaponize the law against them, for our own protection.
Granted, that won't get done in America because our own country sells out to traitors, whiners, leeches, millennials, feminazis and other stupid sorts, and allows them to take us strong, smart, working, human men down with them, with impunity.

"what should women do so that men are not so scared of being falsely accused...?"
Women don't really have to do anything. Normal women don't readily make false accusations. They generally like men, just like most normal men like women.
The feminists on the other hand will out themselves by their very actions because they just can't help it. At that point, just avoid the feminists. They are the one's most likely to push false rape charges. Done!

Impose a curfew on males over the age of twelve. If they need to go outside for any reason outside "safe zones" designated for "man things," whatever those are, they must be accompanied by a related female guardian, or if unavailable a notarized permission slip by his female head of house and two registered professional female guardians. Any respectable male will be glad of such protections.
