Is everyone at risk of sudden cardiac arrest?

    Not true sudden cardiac arrest, no. The most common reason for that is R-on-T PVCs in someone with a prolonged QT interval. That's a measurable risk. 

    But ultimately ALL death is cardiac arrest. 100% of it. Everyone dies of cardiac arrest.

    True sudden cardiac arrest, no. Ultimately all death is due to cardiac arrest however.
