why should the legal drinking age of alchol be at 19 (canada)?

    It's not.

    The drinking ages in Canada are provincially set which means some provinces have set it at 18 and some at 19.

    It's set at an age that the government has deemed people are responsible enough to partake in drinking alcohol.

    It's actually 18 in several provinces … 19 would make it universal. In my opinion

    and personal experience, having lived in a province where it was 18 (I was over 

    that age) many were immature though had probably been drinking underage ..

    Because when you're young, you make pretty poor life decisions and therefore shouldn't be allowed to drink something that makes you a little dumber.

    It SHOULD be at age 25, since the human brain has not finished developing until then, and alcohol is a poison which kills brain cells and stunts brain development.
