    Hard Rain....with Morgan Freeman.

The whole thing takes place during an epic deluge and a town floods......and pretty much the whole thing is shot in pouring rain.

Whenever it's a rainy Friday, my daughter and I watch The Outsiders. Sometimes we watch the directors cut, sometimes not.
