Does anyone know what this means? ?

It's part of a font list but I know it comes from a language, I don't remember which language and I don't remember what it means.

    It is a Katakana symbol. Unicode 30DD.

    It's Japanese, katakana. " ポ " that is read as "po" but alone it has no meaning, it's just a syllable.
