Royal Navy Recruitment Question..?

I was thinking of joining the Royal Navy soon as a General Entry Reserve. I was diagnosed with some form Autism when I was around 11 years old. I strongly have contested this diagnosis as I don't display the symptoms listed. If I explained this during the recruiting stage would I stand a chance of getting in? I've been pushing to be re diagnosed for around 2-3 years. I believe the diagnosis was based on my life at the time, which was pretty low.

The recruitment process will treat you the same as any other recruit. You will sit the same tests and interviews etc. I don't think you will be judged on a childhood diagnosis, more on your personality, your fitness and your aptitude during the selection process.
