I have around 11 stocks that pay a nice dividend. I either reinvest the dividends or look for other stocks to buy. My biggest holdings are in the energy sector.

Do not purchase a stock based on what a stranger on the internet recommends or even friends and family. You can take the stock tip as a starting point but make sure to do your own research.

Buy High, buy MORE low... collect dividends, reinvest dividends, rinse repeat often, retire.

Study the market carefully and learn as much as you can before you start investing. Also, always have a cash reserve to fall back on. And thirdly, don't invest upon hearing unfounded claims of others.

Regular monthly investments in a low or no fee index fund for the very long term.

yes. Dollar cost average. Buy a good quality mutual fund or ETF and put money into it every single month. When the price is down you get more shares for your money. When it goes up you buy fewer shares, so you buy more when the fund is "on sale
